Welcome Vendors - Next Market November 9th

The market will be held at J&M Farms, 3016 Chimney Rock Rd, Hendersonville, NC. Failure to attend the event will result in the forfeiture of your booth space and all related deposits (booth rental and fees). Booth deposits are due upon signup and are refundable only if canceled by this date. No refunds will be issued 10 days before the event.

Booth Cost : $20 per space 

Vendors are required to arrive for setup at their assigned time. You are responsible for providing your own tables, tents, and chairs. Setup will occur the week of the event. Vendors must be ready for business one hour before the event begins each day. Late arrivals may result in delayed check-in. Vendor vehicles must be parked in designated vendor parking areas, not at the booth location. Teardown should be completed in a timely manner after the market closes, with all personal items removed.

Vendors are expected to maintain a clean and organized booth throughout the event. You are responsible for cleaning your booth area at the end of the event, including removing trash, packing materials, and unsold goods. Large items must be taken off the property by the vendor. Booth spaces are limited to the assigned area, and signage must remain within that footprint. Vendors must behave professionally and courteously toward customers, market staff, and volunteers. No shopping will be allowed before the event opens. Alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Vendors are responsible for selling items in their booth for the entire event duration.

Vendors are solely responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from their own actions, including dealings with helpers, customers, and the sale of goods. J&M Farms is not liable for damages, theft, injuries, or accidents related to vendor booths, including issues caused by tents, umbrellas, or other equipment. J&M Farms does not assume responsibility for protecting vendor property before, during, or after the event. Vendors are responsible for securing their property. The Vendor agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and release J&M Farms, its employees, and owners from any claims related to personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities arising from the event, including legal fees.

5.1. Vendors are responsible for ensuring all items sold comply with local, state, and federal laws and do not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. In the event of any infringement claims, the Vendor agrees to defend and indemnify J&M Farms and its representatives.

5.2. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited at the J&M Farms event.
